Where should I park?

The Palliser Parkade is connected to the Calgary Tower, located at 120 -10th Avenue SW and can be easily accessed via 9th Avenue or 10th Avenue. The Palliser Parkade offers hourly and daily rates. For more information about rates and location please visit the Impark website.

How do I get to the Tower using Calgary Transit?

The Calgary Tower is accessible by many bus routes and is only a short walk from many downtown C-Train stations. The closest bus stops are 5518, 3884, and 7380 and the closest C-Train stations are 1st Street SW or Centre Street. Please visit Calgary Transit to plan your trip.

How do I get to the Calgary Tower on foot?

The Calgary Tower is attached to the Plus 15 walkway system, a handy way to get around the downtown core in inclement weather. The Tower is located in the section that connects such places as the Fairmont Palliser Hotel, Tower Centre, the Calgary Marriott Hotel, the Glenbow Museum, the Telus Convention Centre, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and the Epcor Centre for the Performing Arts.

Can I buy tickets online?

No, guests are unable to purchase tickets from the Calgary Tower online. We invite guests to purchase admission tickets from one of our guest service representative upon their arrival.

Does the Calgary tower have free WIFI?

Yes, free WIFI is offered to visitors of the Calgary Tower with the purchase of admission to the observation deck.

Do you have wheel chair access?

Yes, the Calgary Tower and SKY 360 Restaurant and Lounge have wheel chair access.

Are dogs or other animals aloud in the Calgary Tower?

The Calgary Tower does not allow pets in to the building, however service dogs are welcome.

I have a license to carry a concealed weapon, am I aloud to take it to the Calgary Tower?

The Calgary Tower does not allow weapons of any kind into the building.

Am I allowed to take a video camera to the Calgary Tower?

The Calgary Tower welcomes all guests to take photos for private use. If you feel you have a special photo of the view from the Calgary Tower or of the Calgary Tower, we welcome you to share the photo with us at info@calgarytower.com.
